I am almost 30 and have oily red spotty skin and no matter what I try, it never gets better. I even tried a cream and antibiotics from the doctor. They helped the spots a bit but not the rest. I was so embarrassed. I got in contact with Dr Heather coz I knew she was a GP and deals with skin stuff. She did a couple of detox chemical peels and prescribed me a combination of prescription gel and medical skincare. After 3 months my skin is so much better and I feel normal again. Im going to cut down to using just the gel and a special moisturiser now to keep my skin maintained. Ill definitely be back to see Dr Heather again.
When I heard that a private GP clinic was opening in Kirkcaldy I got in contact straight away. My own GP surgery is very busy and theres never enough time in appointments. Ive had bother with one hip for many months and now the other one is sore and stiff. My walking isnt so good and I was getting worried. I got in contact with Dr McCallum and she got back to me the same day. She gave me some great advice to try now and have an appointment booked in February.
I had radiofrequency for my sagging neck and dermal fillers to my cheeks. I wanted to look fresher but still natural. The radiofrequency made my neck smooth and lifted and the fillers gave me cheekbones back i hadnt had for years. I look great but not fake. I'll be back 👍
I have had lots of treatments from Dr Heather over the years. Anti-wrinkle injections, chemical peels and most recently a steroid injection for tennis elbow. I wouldn't go anywhere else as she is friendly, knowledgeable and I always get great results. Im so excited that she is opening her own clinic and will be doing GP stuff too. Im sure she'll be kept busy.
I was put off botox a few years ago as i ended up with wonky eyebrows and my eyes looked frozen. Heather gave me a more natural but still smooth look. And it lasted for months.
Dr Heather injected my carpal tunnel. The tingling and pain was getting really bad. Was referred to hand clinic but the wait was 9 months and no one at my doctors surgery does injections. The injection wasnt too bad and started working in a few days. I can sleep again and use my hand better. Ill be back if tingling comes back before my hand clinic appointment.
Dr mcCallum is a consummate professional. I have attended her for a couple of procedures on my old face and I am delighted . I recently attended for steroid injections on my arthritic thumbs . For the first time in years I am almost pain free . I could not be more delighted. Additionally Heather is a warm and caring person with a wonderful manner . Thank you Heather .
Thank you Heather. I had two Deso treatments earlier in year for my ample double chin. Procedure was very comfortable. Heather made me feel at ease throughout. Swelling for a few days but no bruising. And I saw results from around 2 weeks. Looks so much better and i feel so much better. Would thoroughly recommend Heather and SkinGenius ⭐️
I'm 65 and wasn't sure Heather would be able to do much for my deep marionette lines, lip lines and jowls. I had ultherapy in 2022 and it helped lift everything a bit but my lower face was still sagging.
Heather talked through my options and we made a plan. She used filler in my marionette area, upper lip lines and along my jaw. She used numbing cream and it made the procedure virtually pain free. I had some bruising after but that resolved after a few days. 2 weeks on and I cant believe the difference. I look about 10 years younger. Lifted, smooth and natural. I can't believe the compliments either. I want to thank Heather and I'll recommend her to my friends.
Was so pleased to find someone local who does Masseter Botox. I grind my teeth and clench my jaw really badly. Heather put me right at ease and explained everything as we went along, and results are such a relief!
