Aesthetic Consultations

Aesthetics Consultation, Treatment Plan and Consent

Before any treatment is planned, you’ll need a consultation. This can be done via video or face to face.

Aesthetic treatments are very individual and clients’ aesthetic aspirations vary. At your consultation, Dr McCallum will ask about your concerns and what you hope to achieve. She will also take a medical history. Dr McCallum will then discuss the treatment options available and the complications associated with this.

Taking a medical history and exploring a client’s aesthetic aspirations, means: safe, effective and natural looking results and a happy client! This appointment is free with no obligation to go ahead with treatment.

An appointment can then be booked for the treatment but we would advise at least one week between initial consultation and treatment. This is good practice and allows the client time to weigh up their options (cooling off period) so that they are fully happy with their decision and treatment plan before the day of their treatment.

Treatment Appointment

When you attend for your treatment appointment, Dr McCallum will go over the treatment plan again and you will be asked to read and sign a consent form. She will also take a before photo for your medical record and to compare to at any follow up appointment.

Aesthetics Follow-Up

A follow up appointment is advised at least two weeks following treatment, but not compulsory. This appointment allows Dr McCallum to assess the results and discuss your thoughts on the results. Additional treatment can be performed at this appointment or a further appointment made.
